Air Spring Installation

Arnott's History

Starting in the family garage out of Punta Gorda, Florida, Adam Arnott discovered his passion for working on and building cars. His father, Donald Arnott, recognized and encouraged Adam’s automotive aptitude and interest. The pair began traveling throughout Florida with the goal of repairing air suspension problems along the way. This was often done for little to no fee.

In 1989, this dedication for cars and helping others laid the foundation for Arnott Industries. Now, Arnott has become the most successful, advanced and innovative automotive air suspension manufacturer in the world.

Arnott Engineered

In our Research & Development Center, experienced engineers develop Arnott products with a focus on improvement and innovation. Used OE cores are examined to find common failing points. The engineering team uses 3D design software to design prototypes. These designs are then brought to life with high-end 3D printers.

Dedicated CNC machines produce working parts. They are tested on a large, in-house fleet and test track. Once a part passes every test with flying colors, the finished product is ready to be produced.

Production CNC Machines that are similar to the ones used to create the working prototypes are used for the final product.

Core Recycling

We also offer remanufactured air struts and shocks. The Core Recycling program is the first step in this process. To keep strut and shock cores out of landfills, we purchase them. These used cores are brought to our dedicated core facility.
